In order to accommodate clients countrywide, we have simplified the entire process for your convenience into just a few simple steps.
1. Complete the online form or send us a request via email to info@easyanc.co.za and we will send you an information form in MS Word format.
2. Upon receipt of your information, we will prepare your antenuptial contract and a Special Power of Attorney, which we will forward to you via email for perusal, together with our Invoice and advice for signature.
3. Should you find the documents to be in order, print and sign the documents, and return the signed documents together with other supporting documentation and your proof of payment to us via speed services, overnight mail or counter-to-counter mail.
4. Upon receipt of your original signed documents, we will appear before a notary public on your behalf to execute your contract in terms of the Special Power of Attorney.
5. Following execution, you will be furnished with a notarial certificate in order to confirm to the minister or marriage officer that you have entered into an Antenuptial Contract.
6. Your antenuptial contract will be lodged and registered in the Deeds Registry, and we will confirm registration via email.
7. The original registered antenuptial contract will be delivered to you via registered post in due course, upon receipt thereof from the Deeds Registry, which usually takes approximately 2 to 3 months.
